Smith-Sanyang Enterprises will stage your property, create various marketing tools including website listings with photos and video. Smith-Sanyang will also provide an agent to show your rental property and take applications where needed. All virtual, phone and other inquiries will be responded to within 48 hours.

We offer a host of services to make owning your rental property stress free and profitable. Smith-Sanyang will manage lease agreements and payments, respond to maintenance request, exterior maintenance including landscaping as well as rental turnover inclusive of cleaning, maintenance checks and corrections as well as sanitation for AirBnB units. For commercial properties we will also offer regular cleaning/maintenance services per client request.
